SUPPORT
CST Groups in Cornwall

Our FREE CST groups are for people living with a diagnosis of mild to moderate dementia, who would like to get involved in a wide range of activities that stimulate thinking and memory. CST is proven to slow the progression of dementia in some people.

Our groups run for 15 weeks, they are small, with up to 8 people and 2 members of staff attending weekly in the same venue for 2 hours. We provide people living with dementia an opportunity to give their brain a workout, try something new, make friends and have fun.

Locations in Cornwall where you can attend;

  • Tuesday in Liskeard (Passmore Edwards)

  • Wednesday in Wadebridge (John Betjamen Centre, Wadebridge)

  • Thursday in St Austell (Bridge 49,Mount Charles)

  • Friday in Newquay (Govenek, Age UK)

Fill in the referral form if you would like to refer yourself, your family member or a beneficiary of a service to any of these groups.
