At Memory Matters, we’re on a mission to support people living with dementia in Plymouth and beyond. We operate through two arms that work hand-in-hand.
Memory Matters Foundation is our charitable arm with its own independent trustee board, providing free services tailored to local needs. As the only dementia-focused charity in Plymouth, the Foundation ensures vital support reaches those who need it most.

Memory Matters CIC delivers paid-for services, including Moments Café and training programmes, helping people and professionals connect, learn, and thrive.
Together, CIC and Foundation combine sustainability with compassion, creating a community where everyone affected by dementia feels understood, supported, and empowered.
