Become a CST Facilitator

Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) has been proven to be as effective as some of the anti-dementia drugs and the evidence is growing.

Whilst there is no cure for dementia, there is a treatment that boasts good results. The principles of CST can be used as a basis for all stimulating group activity planning. Ideal for residential settings, community groups, care homes and day centres.

Memory Matters has delivered CST sessions on a daily basis in a variety of settings for the last 10 years and has a wealth of experience to share with you.

An understanding of CST is the perfect basis for any activity provision for people living with dementia, including in the arts. It can be used in groups but also on a one-to-one basis with clients.
