We owe our success to the remarkable team of individuals who work tirelessly day in and day out, bringing compassion, expertise, and unwavering support to the forefront of our mission. Our staff members are the backbone of our organisation, and their dedication to improving the lives of those living with dementia is truly remarkable. They are the driving force behind our programs and initiatives, and it is their tireless efforts that have helped us achieve such incredible milestones.
The social impact that Memory Matters CIC has made on those affected by dementia cannot be overstated. Through our comprehensive range of services, we have been able to provide invaluable support, guidance, and care to individuals living with dementia and their families. From Cognitive Stimulation Therapy across two counties and support groups to UK-wide educational workshops and therapeutic activities, we have created a nurturing environment where people can find solace, understanding, and hope in all our services and especially at Moments Cafe and we have and continue to support others to do the same.
Beyond the direct support we offer, we have also been instrumental in raising awareness and combating the stigma surrounding dementia in our community. By organising community events, partnering with local organisations, and engaging with the public through various channels, we have been able to educate, inform, and foster empathy and understanding. This collective effort has transformed the lives of countless individuals, empowering them to face the challenges of dementia with courage and resilience.
